In the rare event of substantial technical problems significantly impacting your ability to use the app, and if a reasonable solution cannot be provided, we are open to discussing the possibility of a refund.

Should you encounter any accidental duplicate charges, please contact us immediately. We assure you that we will collaborate with Stripe.com, our payment partners, to address and refund any duplicate charges promptly.
